Would you rock this dress?


I still can't say if it's fashion.  But I would call this the daring part. Even Nicki Minaj is rocking same dress.  Ladies would you wear this daring outfit?  If yes,  please what kind of event?  Lol I believe my questions are too much on this particular outfit.  Continue to see more photos below..
